This Privacy Policy explains how Bovendawn Inc. ("Bovendawn," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, submit our partner inquiry form, or otherwise communicate with us (together, the "Services").
The short version: what you share with us is used to evaluate and respond to a potential partnership, and for the closely related purposes described below. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

When you submit our partner inquiry form ("Contact us"), we collect the information you choose to share, which may include:

- Your email address and phone number, including country dialing code;
- Your company name and company type;
- Business context you select or describe, such as the assets or capabilities you control (for example, product or supply capability, market or channel access, brand or IP assets), your company's current stage, and your country or region;
- Anything else you include in messages, emails, calls, or documents you later share with us during partnership discussions.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use the information described above to:
- Evaluate whether a potential partnership is a fit, which is the primary purpose of the inquiry form;
- Respond to you, communicate about your inquiry, and schedule and conduct follow-up conversations;
- Maintain internal records of inquiries and partnership discussions;
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and Services;
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect our rights, safety, and property.
We will not add you to a marketing mailing list based on your form submission alone. If we ever offer optional newsletters or announcements, we will ask separately and you will be able to opt out at any time.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. We share information only:

We keep partnership inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and follow up on the inquiry, and afterwards as needed for our internal records, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. As a general guideline, inquiry records that do not lead to a partnership are retained for no longer than 24 months.

We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed in the United States and any other country where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit. The categories of personal information we collect and our purposes are described in Sections 1 and 2. 8. Cookies
Our website does not set cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. Our hosting or infrastructure providers may set strictly necessary cookies, or log technical data such as IP addresses, solely to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. If we introduce analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this Policy first. Most browsers let you control or delete cookies through their settings.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not include sensitive personal information — such as government identifiers or financial account numbers — in the inquiry form.
10. Children
Our Services are intended for businesses and their representatives and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
